Absolent A•smoke Range
If you run your CNC machines at high speed and with a high coolant pressure, or if you’re working with die casting or hardening, the machines will start to “smoke”. This oil smoke consists of tiny particles and the smoke is thick. The particles penetrate everything and can even reach your bloodstream! The same problem often arises during minimal quantity lubrication (MQL). To get rid of this type of pollution, you must install a tough filter such as A•smoke.

The Absolent type A•smoke40 Oil smoke filter features one of the most effective systems in the world for cleaning oil mist and oil smoke. The unit requires very little service: it can run for 1–6 years without requiring a filter change. This means extremely low life cycle costs. The A•smoke40 filtration unit is designed for handling the most demanding applications, for air flows of up to 4000m³/h.
