EVOTEC EP 1236-140, EP 1236-100, EP 1236-100 (sensor) – Swarf & Emulsion Extraction Systems
This series of Evotec industrial swarf and emulsion extraction systems are well designed to effectively carry out suction and separately dispose of solid material, emulsions, swarf and liquids. Each unit can either be purchased as a standard model, or with an additional level control sensor.
Each model is suitably equipped with a smooth running chassis which, together with a compact modular design, ensures ease of mobility and maneuverability. All four units include a high quality stainless steel dirt container (V2A) and a 360-degree pivotal intake with kamlock-coupling.
Each unit may also be purchased with the option of an electrical level control sensor which effectively allows the user to monitor levels of collect product and triggers automatic shutdown when the maximum level is reached. The standard version of each unit provides a fill level visual, that can be monitored visually via the dump hose, where liquids may be disposed of separately.
The inclusion of a liquid repellent cartridge filter ensures the avoidance of possibly vacuuming oil mist or any present dusts. Each unit features a dirt container which incorporates an efficient swarf separating base (or swarf basket), effectively separating the collected swarf from the liquid.

- A 3.5 m suction hose 50 mm in diameter
- A crevice nozzle.
- 8 m connection cable
