EVOTEC EP 1236, EP 2230, EP 2240, and EP 2255 – Swarf/liquid Extraction systems
This particular series of powerful industrial vacuum units are designed for the optimal suction and separate disposal of solid material ( chips) , emulsions, and swarf and liquids. Depending on a selection of power output (3000 – 5500 watt) there are four versions to choose from and a choice between 230 volt and 400 volt.
All four units, pressure emptying, possess a high quality, smooth running chassis that ensures easy maneuverability, which is also aided by a singular compact structure. Each unit is also equipped with a stainless steel dirt container (V2A) and a liquid repellent cartridge filter that effectively ensures that no oil mist or dust is accidentally vacuumed. A process of thrust reversal takes place to separate any leftover liquid from the connected swarf/chips.
Each unit also arrives suitably equipped with an electronic fill level sensor (patented) which, once any liquid vacuumed reaches a maximum level, shuts down the unit’s main power.
Other beneficial features of the EP 1236, EP 2230, EP 2240 and EP 2255 include an oil resistant 2 m dump hose with a ball valve to allow for comfortable pressure emptying of any waste collected, and a swarf basket that allows the user to effectively recycle collected swarf and coolant.
This product is supplied with:
- A 3.5 m PUR suction hose Ø 50 mm in diameter with a crevice nozzle attachment.
- A connection cable of 8 m in length.
