ESTA Dustmac S series
ESTA’s Dustmac S series of modular extractors are well suited for the extraction of dust, fine fibres such as glass, and sticky types of dust including cotton dust, plastic dust, CRP-/GRP-dusts, Soot, cement dust, chalk dust, flock dust, chemical dust, and metal shavings. For workplaces that handle potentially explosive contaminants, an ATEX approved version is available to order.
Thanks to the modular design of the Dustmac S, the installation can be expanded as required. A jet pulse cleaning system means that the filter cartridges are cleaned automatically during and following operation. Other benefits include an in-built compressed air cleaning nozzle, a dust class M hose filter which is cleanable, and the inclusion of a powerful extraction turbine. Other versions are available to purchase, which include different fan performance levels, custom paint finish, optional pre-separator, and coating to allow for outdoor install.

The products are well engineered and of extremely robust construction in addition to being ergonomic and easy to use. 24-month warranty *provided an annual service contract is in place otherwise a standard 12-month warranty applies.
