ESTA FILTOWER Series

The current models on offer, the FILTOWER F-160 and FILTOWER F-200, are highly recommended for workplaces that house fume extraction of oil-free and dry welding fumes produced during processes involving metal as well as general area ventilation. The series offer a high level of suction and a high separation efficiency of the filter material and thanks to the optimum ration between filter surface and the flow of air volume, the filter life is prolonged.

When in operation low noise levels are omitted thanks to the sound-insulating housing design and targeted air routing, resulting in a more pleasant work environment. The number of disposal cycles is reduced due to the large-capacity detachable (& mobile) dust collector which in turn also helps to keep maintenance costs and any production in downtime to a minimum. The additional controllable fans also contribute to lowering maintenance costs.

To further reduce electricity costs, lower CO² emissions, and decrease the amount of heat lost in colder seasons, the ESTA Filtower series can be placed in recirculating mode. Further benefits include energy saving plant operation thanks to the addition of frequency converters and a highly effective filter cleaning control.
