ESTA ZA Series
The ESTA ZA series of stationary cyclonic pre-separators are designed to pre-separate dry dusts and granulated types of dusts. Working alongside a filter unit the ZA series efficiently filter the finer dusts left over, consequently reducing operating costs.
The ESTA ZA Cyclonic pre-separators possess a filtration efficiency of more than 90% and as such are a great solution when it comes to achieving a high level of separating problematic dusts such as CFRP/GFRP dusts, chemical dusts, and leather dusts. They are recommended for use with another ESTA Dust extractor.
The ZA series are available in steel, stainless steel, and Aluminum. Other special features include different methods of discharge ( eg. rotary valves, Sluices ), and a choice in size of dust collection container.
