EVOTEC EP 1115, EP 2115, EP 2122-35 – Dry Dust Extractors

Equipped with a silenced and maintenance free turbine (side channel blower) and an inbuilt cyclone separator to ensure all collected matter is effectively pre-separated, Evotec’s series of robust vacuum cleaners deliver the highest standard of performance when it comes to providing a dust and dirt free environment. They are also suitable for three shift operation.

Each EP unit has a standard class M version available, in which a polyester needle-felt filter with PUR-membrane forms the first level filter.  Other versions include a second level “Absolute” cartridge filter if class H (H14) dust is present, an Ex rated type 22 version is available where explosive dusts may be present and the EP 2122-35 can be TRGS 519 certified for any activities that involve Asbestos.

Other beneficial features include a simple and easy to use vacuum gauge to ensure the filter can be accurately monitored whenever necessary and a phase direction monitor and vacuum limit valve for optimum control over each device. In addition, to ensure a secure connection with the included suction hose is achieved, the unit is equipped with a locking mechanism and rotating device.

This product is supplied with a 3.5 m suction hose and crevice nozzle 40 mm in diameter for EP 1115 and 2115, 50 mm in diameter for EP 2122-35. A connection cable 8m in length. If selecting the version of the EP 2122-35 certified to filtrate and extract asbestos (TRGS 519) then a 5.0 meter exhaust air hose 70 mm in diameter will be included.
