EVOTEC EP 302-102 – Wet Vacuum Systems

The EVOTEC  compressed air material cleaners, EP 302 -120 , are manufactured to an incredibly high standard for the  removal of any liquids present. Equipped with two powerful compressed air ejectors with an additional silencer, and no electric components, the unit is suitable for three shift operation. There is also a special version of the unit that can be used safely and securely within zones 1, 2 and 21/22 (explosive areas).

For ease of use Evotec’s series of liquid vacuum cleaners arrive equipped with a floating device, allowing the user to monitor the liquid level. This reduces the likelihood of interruption when the vacuum is in operation.  A tipper chassis is also included; making disposal of absorbed matter a simple and efficient process. The addition of a locking mechanism and rotating device ensure that any hose attached is securely connected at all times.

If intended for use in an ex-rated zone, please specify when ordering. EVOTEC offer two versions of liquid vacuum cleaner, one of which includes ESD castors and a grounding terminal for potential bonding making it highly suitable for use within an ex-rated zone.

A 3.5 meter suction hose with a diameter of 50 mm and a crevice nozzle are included. The ex-Rated Liquid vacuum cleaner includes ESD castors and a 2 meter grounding terminal.
