Geovent ASA Arm Series
Geovent offer a vast range of flexible arms that can be tailored to suit an assortment of needs and requirements. Each type of arm is specifically designed to work to the best standard of its industry, available in an array of lengths dependent on the user’s personal needs and work space requirements.
The ASA-3 and ASA-4 extraction arms are available to users of whom intend to perform duties involving welding fumes, grinding dust, and other vapours. Positioning of the arm is also an extremely efficient and easy process thanks to the inbuilt addition of a gas spring.
The Geovent ASA Arm series include two models, those being the ASA-3 extraction arm and the ASA-4 extraction arm.
The ASA-3 extraction arm designed for the extraction of welding fumes and grinding dusts and, thanks to a total of 5 friction joints, the arm is highly flexible and easy to maneuver as necessary. This flexibility is further increased by an 180° rotatable wall bracket. The ASA 3 Arm is available in lengths of 2 m to 4 m but this reach can be furthered thorough means of an extension arm and is available in sizes ø80, ø100, ø125, ø160 and ø200 mm.
The ASA 3 does not include any internally moving parts which allows for a lower pressure drop and the extraction funnel, manufactured out of light weight epoxy painted aluminum is very lightweight contributing to the ASA arm's easy maneuverability.
The ASA 4 Extraction Arm features 3 stable joints and 2 turning and can be moved in any direction up to 180°. Like the ASA 3 the the funnel is manufactured in light weight epoxy painted aluminum and features an integrated ergonomic handle. The arm is available in lengths of 2, 3, and 4 m which can be furthered via an extension arm and is available in sizes ø160 mm and 200 mm.
Accessories are available including a light which can be installed into the hood.
