EVOTEC Robusto LP series

Equipped with an integrated, silenced, and maintenance free turbine (side channel blower), cyclone separator, and vacuum gauge, Evotec’s series of robust industrial vacuum cleaners make for highly efficient well designed units. Suitable for three shift operation, all versions of the Robusto are equipped with a durable polyester needle felt filter with PUR-membrane (dust class M), that ensure a longer period of operation.

Evotec’s ROBUSTO series are suitably equipped with a vacuum gauge that allows the user to monitor the filters if they require replacing. Replacing the filters is an easy, simple, and patented process, requiring no additional tools. The addition of a locking mechanism and rotating device ensure that any hose attached is securely connected. The inclusion of a cyclone separator assures that all dust types collected are successfully pre-separated from one another.

All units are appropriately equipped with a Longopac disposal system, ensuring a simple and contamination free process of disposal.

Through request an upgrade is available introducing a second level filter (dust class H (H14)), or if required a GS and EX (Type 22) phase direction monitor and vacuum limit valve are also available. TRGS 519 certified versions are available on request for work that involves asbestos.

Included in Delivery:

(Excluding the Robusto 2175-LP).

A 3.5 m suction hose 50 mm in diameter, including a scoring nozzle. TRGS 519 versions include a 5 metre Ø 70 mm exhaust air hose.
