  • AIR CLEANING SYSTEM

The MF600 is a simple air cleaner designed to capture dust and particulate from your workspace and return clean air to the room. Air is drawn in through the G4 grade prefilter; through a secondary F8 bag filter, and exhausted from the rear via an adjustable grille.

MF600 can be placed on shelving or suspended from ceiling cables to improve general air cleanliness within your facility.

These units require only a single phase supply and come complete with fault indicator to show when filters require changing.

  • OMF1000 is a mid-range mist filter and air cleaning system, designed for attachment to most machine tools.

OMF1000 draws a nominal airflow of 1000m3/h and can support machine tools with open door areas of 1.5 m2.

We can specify, supply, and install OMF filter units, including wiring to your machine tool for ease of operation.

  • OMF2500 COOLANT MIST FILTER

OMF2500 is a high-capacity mist filter and air cleaning system, designed for attachment to larger machine tools, or to multiple units.

OMF2500 draws a nominal airflow of 2500m3/h and can support machine tools with open door areas of 4 m2.

We can specify, supply, and install OMF filter units, including wiring to your machine tool for ease of operation.

  • OMF500 is a small mist filter and air cleaning system, designed for attachment to most machine tools.

OMF500 draws a nominal airflow of 500m3/h and can support machine tools with open door areas of .75 m2.

We can specify, supply, and install OMF filter units, including wiring to your machine tool for ease of operation.

  • This range of downdraught benches uses an integrap air tank to clean its filters on demand using a blast of compressed air. These models are suitable for high dust generation applications such as stone masonry or fibreglass/GRP workshops.

  • MODULAR CROSS-DRAUGHT EXTRACTION

Some dust extraction applications are too large for an AirBench. For these applications we use VertEx, our modular cross-draught extraction system. VertEx draws large volumes of air sideways, past the operator, and into internal filters, returning clean air to the room. Multiple VertExes can be installed together alongside our standard booth components to form a walk-in extracted booth.
