EP 312 – 60 (dry) – Compressed air dry vacuum cleaners – EVOTEC
Evotec’s’ well designed series of compressed dry air vacuum cleaners are well equipped to effectively and efficiently extract variants of coarse dirt and finer dust types. Four units are available, depending on what dusts are likely to be produced in the workplace, and if an ex-rated design is required.

Evotec offer a wide array of hoses to suit a numb er of different needs and requirements. Constructed out of either polyurethane (PUR) or polypropylene (Superflex), spiral supported and in the case of the super-flex hoses (reinforced with thread) Evotec’s range of EX-rated hoses and fittings are ideal for use within industrial areas, including those with potentially explosive atmospheres. FEX 3000 – Mobile Fume Extractor – Evotec
Evotec’s mobile fume extractor, the FEX 3000, like the FEX 1000 and FEX 2000, possesses the optimum design for the efficient suction and extraction of smoke, aerosols, vapours and airborne particles, utilising a graduated Kombi filter system that ensures a reliable amount of filtration in the workplace. The FEX 3000 is also well suited for the extraction of fumes generated by cutting, welding, as well as laser and soldering fumes including steams and solvents.
The FEX 3000 is available in two different versions:
- Ex-protection (electrically conductive) – for secure suction and extraction in Zone 22.
- W3-design (Welding fumes) – IFA certificated. Includes a spark trap to avoid any potential fire hazard.
This product is supplied with:
- HEPA filter H13/H14
- Storage filter M5/F9
- Activated Carbon filter
Accessories such as hoses, attachable suction arms, and spare filters can be purchased in addition.

Evotec’s series of robust industrial vacuum cleaners are specifically designed to efficiently extract all dry dust particles ranging from coarse dirt to finer dusts.
Upgrades
Through request an upgrade is available introducing a second level filter (dust class H (H14)), or if required a GS and EX (Type 22) phase direction monitor and vacuum limit valve are also available to upgrade to. TRGS 519 certified versions are available on request for work that involves Asbestos.
