DENA PV Spray Booth
Dry painting enclosures
This painting enclosure, equipped with a dry abatement system, ensures a significant decrease in dust levels. Additionally, the operational expenses associated with this painting system are notably lower compared to other systems available on the market.
This method ensures the elimination of dust present in the painting fumes, in accordance with existing regulations. Moreover, the Dena branded painting enclosure is entirely designed using 3D CAD technology, adhering to principles of modularity and efficiency.
The painting enclosure is constructed from galvanized sheet metal panels that are bolted together to create a self-supporting framework. The suction front features filter holder guides, which accommodate the filter media. A high-performance, spark-proof centrifugal fan is installed on the roof of the enclosure.
Working principle of dry painting enclosures
The vacuum generated by the fan, positioned downstream of the system, facilitates effective dust extraction from the painting processes occurring at the front wall of the booth. The extracted air is processed through the filtration system; initially, it utilizes the Andreae filter, achieving a 90% reduction in dust. Subsequently, cellulose cartridges are employed to capture 99.99% of the dust.
