EVOTEC EP 2122 ECO WB – Liquid Bath Vacuum Systems

To ensure that all metallic dust vacuumed is effectively pre-separated the 2122 ECO-WB is suitably equipped with an integrated liquid bath pre-separator. Once collected fine types of dust are vacuumed where they are then bound by a liquid separating medium and settled down with the use of a large liquid bath tank fitted with a safety device. (Maximum level is 35 litres; minimum level is 25 litres.) To ensure the maximum level is not exceeded, and the required minimum is maintained, the unit is equipped with an optimal level monitor.

The inclusion of a degassing valve means the chance of developing gases and steams becoming congested is greatly decreased. In addition. the intake bend with kamlock coupling ensures that a secure connection to the suction hose is successfully achieved.

An additional special V2A filter plus H14 filter means any class H dusts are efficiently separated, and a well-designed silenced turbine (side channel blower) makes for a non-disruptive industrial vacuum cleaner that can operate for longer periods of time. The included stainless still container can also be easily and comfortably emptied when necessary.

The disposal of any collected matter is a simple and comfortable process thanks to the fact that the dirt container is extremely easy to lower when required.

A 3.5 m ESD suction hose 40 mm in diameter and a crevice nozzle is included in delivery. A connection cable of 8 m is also included.
