DENA Depro

The Depro Dena cartridge filter designed for air purification features an automatic cleaning system utilizing compressed air, specifically aimed at the filtration and separation of medium, fine, and ultra-fine dust particles. This automatic cleaning mechanism helps maintain nearly constant pressure drops, ensuring consistent suction performance.

Operating principle of cartridge filters

Dusty air enters from below the filter cartridges via an opening connected to the hopper. The dust present in the incoming air settles into the collection container due to a significant decrease in speed, and then is directed to the filter cartridges, moving from the outside to the inside, thereby depositing impurities into the collection hopper.

Throughout its operation, the filter is kept in optimal condition thanks to a cyclical reverse cleaning system. A burst of compressed air, stored in a dedicated tank, is rapidly released into the cartridges, generating a strong counter-current shaking wave that dislodges and causes the particles accumulated on the exterior of the cartridges to fall away.

Construction details of cartridge filters

The CC-327 cartridge filter is constructed from a robust, painted steel sheet that has been meticulously processed and treated to guarantee long-lasting durability. Additionally, the filter comes with a pneumatic cleaning system, cartridges, and a cyclic controller for washing the cartridges. It also includes support legs, inspection hatch(es), explosion-proof hatch, and dust collection bin(s).
