DENA BAS-V
The DENA BAS-V suction bench is perfect for tasks such as grinding, welding, painting, and applying adhesives, as well as any processes that generate fumes and dust that could jeopardize the health of workers. To maintain a safe and clean workspace, contaminants must be efficiently captured through the suction bench; indeed, due to the consistent suction from both below and the front, the operator is protected from inhaling harmful substances. The bench can be tailored with various types of platforms and grates, depending on the specific tasks at hand.
Automatic filter cleaning system
This machine is fitted with a cartridge filter that has a sufficient filtering area, and the cleaning mechanism is automatic: it features a compressed air tank for cartridge maintenance, which simplifies the operator's job and saves time. An optional HEPA filter is available for final filtration.
Standard spark separator
The spark separator, included as standard and matching the size of the work surface, plays a crucial role in safeguarding the cartridge from sparks and solid objects, while also ensuring that the particles captured do not obstruct the filter. The fan incorporated into the design makes the BAS-V a comprehensive and adaptable machine.
