DENA GI C-C

The dusty air is drawn into the lower section of the hopper through an opening connected to the panel. The larger dust particles present in the inhaled air undergo an initial reduction in size and settle into the collection hopper due to a significant drop in velocity. After passing through the hopper, the dust flows through the filter cartridges, moving from the exterior to the interior, which allows the impurities to accumulate in the collection hopper. While in operation, the filter maintains optimal efficiency through a cyclical reverse air cleaning system. A burst of compressed air, stored in a dedicated tank, is swiftly injected into the cartridges, creating a powerful counter current vibration that dislodges and causes the particles clinging to the outside of the cartridges to fall off. The dual flap valve will periodically expel the dust.

Construction details of the GIC cartridge dust collector filters:

The GIC cartridge dust collector is constructed entirely from robust galvanized sheet metal, carefully processed and treated to ensure long-lasting performance. The filter is equipped with a pneumatic cartridge cleaning mechanism and a cyclic timer for washing the cartridges. Additionally, it includes support legs, access doors, and a dust collection hopper.

Optional Versions consist of an ATEX variant, antistatic or high-temperature cartridges, fire safety systems, insulation, hot air generators, spark detectors, aluminIum venturi tubes, calming chambers, rotary valves, discharge screws, parapets, and ladders.
