DENA GICX-T

The GICX cartridge filter features a fan built into its design, along with an automatic compressed air cleaning mechanism, specifically intended for filtering and separating medium, fine, and very fine dust particles. This automatic cleaning mechanism helps maintain nearly constant pressure drops, ensuring consistent suction performance.

Operating principle of GICX cartridge filters

Dust-laden air enters through the side wall of the filter via an inlet connected to the panel. The heavier dust particles present in the incoming air experience an initial reduction due to the calming chamber and fall into the collection hopper as their speed decreases. As the air moves past the hopper, it travels through the filter cartridges from the outside to the interior, causing impurities to collect in the hopper. Throughout operation, the filter remains in optimal condition thanks to a cyclical reverse cleaning system. A burst of compressed air, stored in a dedicated tank, is swiftly injected into the cartridges, creating a powerful reverse shaking wave that dislodges and drops the particles accumulated on the exterior of the cartridges.

Construction details of GICX cartridge filters

The GICX cartridge filter is constructed entirely from heavy-duty galvanized sheet metal, meticulously processed and treated to ensure long-lasting performance. The filter is equipped with a pneumatic cartridge cleaning system, and it also includes support legs, inspection doors, an explosion-proof access door, a dust collection hopper, and a collection container with a quick-release feature.
