EVOTEC EP 2155 & EP 2175 ECO – Dry Dust Extraction Systems

Equipped with a silenced and maintenance free turbine (side channel blower) and a cyclone separator to ensure fine dusts are adequately pre-separated from coarser matter, Evotec’s series of robust industrial vacuum cleaners deliver the highest standard of performance when it comes to providing a dust and dirt free environment.

Each model of dry vacuum cleaner is available in a standard, class M, version. Other versions include:

• Dust class M/Type 22 (Ex)
• Dust class H (H14)
• Dust class H/Type 22 (Ex)

The first level filter is made out of highly durable needle felt with PUR membrane, contributing to the long period of use Evotec’s series of dry vacuum units offer.

Other beneficial features include a simple and easy to use vacuum gauge to ensure the filter can be accurately monitored whenever necessary and a phase direction monitor and vacuum limit valve for optimum control over each device. To ensure a secure connection with the suction hose is achieved, the unit is also equipped with a locking mechanism and rotating device.

To reduce the risk of any possible contamination and ensure a hassle free process of disposal a Longopac disposal system can be fitted.

For types EP 2140 and EP 2155 a 5.0 m suction hose Ø 50 mm with a crevice nozzle is included in delivery. A connection cable 8 m in length is also included.
