FilterBox 10M

For light to medium dusts and welding applications, the FilterBox 10M is available with both castor wheels or with a stationary floor stand. Different models are available depending on the intended application. The unit is quipped with an N24 fan for a maximum air flow capacity of 1,000 m3/h (600 CFM) and features an integrated silencer which significantly reduces noise levels. Should the airflow be too low, the unit's supervision system, will indicate to alert the user. For dust applications, the unit includes a mechanical cleaning system. For fumes and dusts both mechanical and compressed air are used. For harmful substances a HEPA filter is available.

FilterBox 10A

FilterBox 10A NANO

For light to medium dusts and welding fume ( with automatic cleaning via motorized, compressed air ), the 10A Nano Filterbox is equipped with an N24 fan and has a maximum air flow capacity of 1 000 m3/h (600 CFM). It is ideal for use in workplaces that house welding processes due to a nanofiber cartridge ( 17m2 (183 ft2) ). The 10A NANO is efficiently maintained thanks the automatic cleaning mechanism resulting in longer intervals between maintenance/cleaning which in turn contributes to a longer working life and less cost. The unit is fitted with a filter control system so should  pressure drop occur a series of LED's and LED Display will indicate. Should the airflow also drop too low an audial alarm will activate before the automatic clean will begin. The 10A NANO is fitted with an  integrated silencer. This decreases noise produced from the fan . AN optional HEPA Filter is available for users requiring protection from hazardous particles. Additional protection from harmful particles is provided if a HEPA filter is installed (optional).The FilterBox 10A NANO can be eithe rmounted and fixed with an accessory kit or fitted with castor wheels to allow for easy mobility.

FilterBox 10A ePTFE

For light to medium dusts and welding fumes ( with automatic cleaning via motorized, compressed air ), the 10A ePTFE Filterbox is equipped with an N24 fan and a  maximum air flow capacity of 1 000 m3/h (600 CFM). It is ideal for use in workplaces that house welding processes due to a nanofiber cartridge ( 17m2 (183 ft2) ) and compressed air cleaning. The 10A ePTFE possesses ePTFE media technology in a 13m2 (140ft2) cartridge making it ideal for workplaces that house dust and fume applications.  The unit  is efficiently maintained thanks the automatic cleaning mechanism resulting in longer intervals between maintenance/cleaning which in turn contributes to a longer working life and less cost. The Nederman FilterBox 12M is highly suited for medium to heavy dust applications as well as welding fume applications ( requires a  mechanical cleaning system). For dusts the unit can be cleaned mechanically but if intended for use with welding fumes then a combination of compressed air cleaning and mechanical will be utilised. The unit is fitted with an integrated silencer to decrease noise levels omitting from the fan as well as an alarm which will indicate when the airflow has dropped. An operating hours meter is also included.  The 12M, fitted with a high performing fan, possesses  maximum air flow capacity of 1 200 m3/h (700 CFM).  An optional HEPA Filter is available for users requiring protection from hazardous particles. It is ideal for medium to heavy dust and fume applications. For dusts the unit can be cleaned mechanically but if intended for use with welding fumes then a combination of compressed air cleaning and mechanical will be utilised. Should the airflow drop too low the unit will activate an automatic cleaning process as part of an advanced filter control system. An optional HEPA Filter is available for users requiring protection from hazardous particles. FilterBox 12A NANO

Suitable for medium to heavy dust and fume applications, the Nederman 12A NANO FilterBox is suitable equipped with a high preforming fan that possesses a maximum air flow capacity of 1 200 m3/h (700 CFM). The inclusion of a sizable  17m2 (183 ft2)  nano fibre cartridge means the 12A is also suited for welding applications.  The unit is fitted with a filter control system so should  pressure drop occur a series of LED's and LED Display will indicate. Should the airflow also drop too low an audial alarm will activate before the automatic clean will begin. The 10A NANO is fitted with an  integrated silencer. This decreases noise produced from the fan . FilterBox 1A ePTFE

Ideal for medium to heavy dust & fume applications the FilterBox 12A ePTFE is suitable equipped with a fan with a maximum airflow capacity of 1 200 m3/h (700 CFM). The 13m2 (140ft2) cartridge utilizes  ePTFE media technology which makes it ideal for dust and fume applications that are particularly demanding. FilterBox Twin

Equipped with two 3 meter extraction arms and a 2.2 kW (3.0 hp) fan with a maximum airflow capacity of 850 m3/h (500 CFM) per arm when both are in use, This Nederman model of FilterBox offers a user friendly and effective solution for dust and fume applications. Noise omitted from the fan is reduced thanks to the inclusion of an integrated silencer. The Twin model is available in two options; Manual which features an alarm to indicate when the air flow is too low and operating hours meter. The second option, automatic, includes an automatic cleaning mechanism which will commence should the airflow decrease too much. Both versions utilise  combination of mechanical and compressed air cleaning.  An optional HEPA Filter is available for users requiring protection from hazardous particles. The unit can be either mounted and fixed with an accessory kit or fitted with castor wheels to allow for easy mobility. FilterBox Wall

For dust and fume applications hte FilterBox Wall model can be ordered to come with or without a fan attached. For Installations featuring an external fan the model without a fan is recommended and can be used alongside numerous FilterBox units. Upon delivery a wall bracket is included to allow for an easy install and set up process. Two models are available to chose from regarding the cleaning mechanism: the manual model includes an alarm that will sounds h the airflow drop to too low and an operating hours meter. The automatic cleaning model is fitted with an automatic filter control system which will activate the cleaning process automatically should the airflow reach a certain point. Both versions utilise  combination of mechanical and compressed air cleaning.  An optional HEPA Filter is available for users requiring protection from hazardous particles.
