EVOTEC ECODustPro Series

All three models are well equipped with a cyclone separator that ensures fine dusts are efficiently separated from coarser dusts and matter. The inclusion of a smooth running, sturdy chassis also means a high level of mobility, further ensured by the vacuum’s compact modular design.

The ECODust 12 can be TRGS 519 certified for any work carried out that involves carcinogenic asbestos dusts. The ECODust 15 includes a turbine designed to work continuously whilst in operation with ex-rated, type 22 material.

All three units include a dust class M first level filter manufactured from high quality polyester needle-felt with a PUR-membrane, ensuring durability of usage. Another version of each unit includes a second level “Absolute” cartridge filter (H14) that is equipped to separate class H dusts. If type 22 dusts are present, Ex rated versions of each unit are also available to order.  Upgrades (Summarised):

Cleaning any filters present is a simple and easy process, effectively contributing to each unit's ability to operate for a longer time without interruption. The Vacuum itself operates at a low level of noise due to the addition of a silenced turbo and efficient bypass aggregates, and can be in use for a long period of time with little to no interruption.  Additionally, a patented, tool less filter change ensures an easy and simple process, and the inclusion of a vacuum gauge means the user can effectively monitor both filters when necessary.

All three units arrive with a 3.5 m suction hose 40 mm in diameter, and a crevice nozzle. A connection cable 8 m in length is also included in delivery.
